About Our Cause
Supporting Żibel
As part of our adventure across continental Europe, Team Karrakki is proud to be raising funds for Żibel, a Maltese environmental NGO that works to reduce Malta's waste and restore the island's natural environment.
Żibel focuses on ocean plastic recovery and environmental restoration, organizing regular clean-ups and innovative projects to combat plastic pollution. Since 2017, they have collected over 185 tonnes of waste from Malta's natural environment with the help of over 10,000 volunteers.
By supporting Żibel through our fundraising efforts, you're helping to:
